Custom built Café Racer: Honda CB 900 Bol d'Or

After having worked on this project with great pleasure I now like to make someone happy with this gift completely custom built Honda CB 900 Bol d'Or.  

In more than a year, I completely rebuilt this, originally CB750, and equipped it with a CB 900 Bol d'or block with new Delkevic 4-in-1 exhaust system. The carburettors are completely overhauled, ultrasonically cleaned and equipped with K&N air filters to ensure optimal power together with the block.

For a sportier look, the rear of the frame has been modified with an integrated tail light and turn signals. The frame, together with the rims, is provided with a new high-quality satin powder coating. The rear suspension has been replaced by professional Hagon shock absorbers. The seat, with integrated starter lock, is custom made by Silver Machine and features extra strong foam for optimal driving comfort.  

The handlebar is equipped with new counters, handles, headlight and minimalistic push buttons that in cooperation with Moto gadget M-unit and the completely new wiring harness ensure easy operation and start of the engine.  

The brake pads on the ventilated brake discs have been completely overhauled with new pistons, rubbers and brake pads and do not experience any pressure loss due to the steel brake cables. The combination of the   polished tank with matte black band and the original Firestone Champion Deluxe tires gives this bike its unique modern-original look.
