Finned Exhaust Clamps | LC | Black or Contrast Polished Fins

These Big Fin Exhaust Clamps are bolt-on replacement for your stock clamps. These are available in black finish with Contrast Polish finish on outer edges.

These clamps are inspired by the Webco finned cooling parts from the 1970s for LC Triumph Twins.

Specifications:

• Body: Custom turned on a lathe out of strong investment cast Stainless Steel.
• Colour: Available in Black Finish with Polished fin outer edges
• The clamps, like the original ones, come in four pieces: UR (Upper Right), LR (Lower Right), UL (Upper Left), and LL (Lower Left).

How to assemble these clamps?

Anyone can replace these clamps at home in just five minutes. 

• First, remove the original clamps from the bike. 
• Then, assemble the new pair of clamps (either UR/LR for the right header or UL/LL for the left header) around the straight section of the header pipe before it begins to bend. 
• Ensure that the two clamp pieces are fully interlocked on both sides of the header.
• Due to the OEM factory design of the clamp assembly, the nuts should be tightened sequentially. Do not fully tighten one nut before moving to the other; instead, alternate half a turn on each nut.

Compatibility:

• They are specifically designed for all 900cc and 1200cc Triumph Twins, except for models with stock headers like the Thruxton 1200 and Speed Twin 1200, which feature a link pipe at the exhaust port that obstructs installation.
• It is compatible with Triumph models from 2016 onwards, including the Speed Twin 900, Street Twin, Street Cup, Street Scrambler, Scrambler 900, Speedmaster, Bobber, T100, and T120.
