Exhaust Insulating Wrap, available in a sleek black color and boasting a width of 2 inches. Crafted from durable fiberglass material, each roll extends up to 50 feet (15 meters), providing ample coverage for your exhaust system.

With a thickness of 1.5mm, this wrap is designed to withstand extreme heat, withstanding temperatures up to 1200 °F (649 °C) continuously and peaking at 2000 °F (1093 °C). By retaining heat within the exhaust system, this insulating wrap optimizes thermal efficiency, extracting every last horsepower from your engine.

Moreover, the wrap offers protection against exhaust burns and prevents visible exhaust blueing. Please note that wrap ends are secured using metal tie-wraps, which are sold separately.

For installation, approximately 38 inches (97cm) of wrap is required for a 30cm section of 1 3/4" pipe, and 44 inches (112cm) for a 2" pipe, based on a 2-inch wide wrap with a 1/4" wrapping overlap.

Please be aware that the material may discolor under the influence of heat after installation, which is a natural occurrence.
