20.3 mm Upswept (20 degrees) Hoop Short. The upswept is beautiful and the whole piece is extra though. You can slide the ends of this heap into a 1" (25 mm) tube.

The hoop is made of 2 mm thick steel, 20.3 mm in diameter.
