Installation

The Vance & Hines 2-1 Hi-Output PCX Exhaust is designed for easy installation on compatible Milwaukee-Eight Softail models. Note that pre-2021 USA mufflers on a 2021-up EU Softail/Touring may require disabling the second downstream O2 sensor. For 21-up US models with only 2 O2 sensors in the headers, this exhaust system is a direct fit. However, 21-up EU models (Euro 5 system) with 3 or 4 O2 sensors will need the FuelPak FP4 (part number 942227) to disable the second downstream O2 sensor without triggering trouble codes. This allows the use of US or pre-2021 EU exhaust mufflers that lack a downstream O2 sensor connection.
